Cryo'ed 5.29 Gears into Dylan's front diff

Dylan is a forum member of Northeast Toyota Crawlers, asked us to set up his diff's with cryo'ed 5.29 Yukon Gears, and an Aussie Locker. Dropped off two diffs, two treated gearsets and bearings, and locker.

This write-up is short on pics, just some details...

Housing with pinion gear installed:

Wdent right to .069 for the pinion shims, based on how the rear turned out, another good looking pattern.

Drive:

Looks good, wrap it up with a solid pinion spacer, with 11in/lbs PPL:

Throw in the seal...

Wrap it up with some red loctite:

Hit it with the impact gun, dimple the nut, it's not going to loosen up anytime soon:
